Well this is unexpected. Ashton Kutcher’s “Punk’d” is returning to TV … This time on BET.
Let me get through the facts first so I can really tell you how I feel about this.
No word yet on if Ashton will be returning (although I highly doubt it). Oh and by the way, the new version would be “tailored” for the BET audience and would include behind-the-scenes look at how the celebrity pranks are conceptualized and carried through.
Speaking of new shows, also on the slate is a sitcom for Brandy Norwood and a singing competition hosted and exec-produced by Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland, news of which broke on Wednesday (April 22).
My two-cents: No, no, no. We all know Ashton will not be back for this. And what does “tailored for the BET audience” mean? Only black celebrities. who’s idea was this??
