Dame Dash Sues Ex-Wife for $2.5 Million

dameSo since Dame is an expert on being a man, do real men sue their husbands? Just wondering … Anywho …

Following the custody loss of his two daughters, Dame is now suing ex-wife Rachel Roy for some $2.5 million alleging that she is guilty of breach of contract and interfering with cash distributions that were due to him in relation to Royale Etenia LLC and Topson Downs, two fashion companies which the couple founded together. Dame’s lawsuit was filed Thursday (April 23), three days after he lost custody.

The following Friday he posted the following comment to IG: “I been looking the other way for years but taking my children’s money to buy shoes and car services for a company you didn’t put up a dollar for and not letting me see my kids because I’m not alright with it is the most distasteful tacky thing a person can do..,I though I had Bergdorf Goodman but ended up with Macy’s…I’m not even mad it’s just business at this point it’s just terrible what money and the perception of it does to people that will never have it…they will even spend their children’s money on it…#mainlandmentality and and told yall I was gonna get at tops n downs for being #culturevultures and still #InvestInWomen”

Unfortunately, his legal battles don’t end there. Dame will also be heading to court over Loisaidas, the film he produced with Kanye West, in which Dame himself stars. A Latin music group from New York is suing the pair, claiming that they have been using the name, and that the subject matter of the film tarnishes their professional reputation.
