Justin Bieber is finally back with new music. Bieber announced “What Do You Mean?” way back in July and has been counting down ever since. The track is presumably the first single from his upcoming album.
Spoiler alert … there may be a collaboration with Drake in the works and a strong feature alongside Diplo and Skrillex is right behind him.
