Azealia Banks Dodges Charges in Assault Case

azealiabAzealia Banks doge a legal bullett after she escaped criminal charges following accusations that she assaulted a bouncer at a Los Angeles club last October. An L.A. attorney ruled “there was no sufficient evidence.”

Banks allegedly attacked the bouncer after she was asked to leave the hotspot Break Room 86 following “unruly behavior.” The case was reportedly thrown out because there were multiple individuals said to be involved in the altercation, though it’s unclear who instigated the brawl.

Last December, Banks was said to have been involved in another squabble at New York’s Up & Down, where she allegedly punched and bit the breast of a female security guard. She was reportedly arrested on a third-degree misdemeanor charge, Page Six reported at the time.
