According to published reports, 50 Cent and a member of his entourage were arrested in St. Kitts and charged for allegedly using “indecent language” during a music festival.
The arrest occurred Saturday night and local police said in a statement Sunday that 50 Cent and entourage member Bajar Walter have already paid their fine and been released.
50 had allegedly been warned not to use profanity during his performance in front of 40,000 people. So the story goes … the DJ didn’t have a clean version of his set, and 50 didn’t pull the mic away from his mouth when he rapped “motherf*****” … and that was enough to get him arrested.
Cops showed up after the performance and took him to the station, where he was booked for using profanity in public.
Old heads may remember the same thing happened to DMX in 2003.
