Could Gwen Stefani and Eve’s Tour Be in Trouble?

gwen_eve_ohsodjIt’s been a while since Gwen Stefani and Eve have hit the tour circuit … but everyone’s ready. Her third studio album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like, has received critical acclaim, however reports have emerged that perhaps that’s not translating into ticket sales for the scheduled This Is What the Truth Feels Like Tour.

Live Nation sent out an email blast to customers offering a ticket deal on Friday (June 30). Concert goers can snag 4 tickets for $40, which is a telling sign of the concert’s health.

Eve and Gwen made a dynamic duo back in the early 2000’s with songs like “Rich Girl” and the Grammy Award-winning “Let Me Blow Ya Mind,” so it made sense for the two to link up again.

On Eve’s side of the house, she recently appeared in Ice Cube’s Barbershop movie franchise this spring and promised fans that new music was on the way.

The 27-date tour is set to start this month on July 12 and finish up by early October.
