Lil Wayne’s Memoir To Describe Prison Life and Alleged Betrayal By Drake

Lil wayne_hollyweezyLil Wayne’s upcoming memoir Gone ‘Til November: A Journal of Rikers Island is slated to offer a deeper look into the rapper’s eight-month stint behind bars in 2010 on a gun case.

In the 159-page memoir Weezy writes about how he pronounced two other inmates husband and husband in a makeshift ceremony with tissue decorations, cookies and 13 bottles of Gatorade. “I got the Bible and I’m like, we gathered here today,” he wrote. “We even had a reception, which everybody brought something for the couple.” Wayne brought cookies since it was one of the inmates’ favorites.

He adds, “The shit was too funny! Imagine seeing grown-ass men in jail hanging tissue for wedding decorations…AND one of them is Lil Wayne…Crazy!”

High profile visitors including P. Diddy and Kanye West also had to endure full body pat-downs. Drake also made an appearance, but the reunion proved bittersweet after it was revealed that Wayne’s girlfriend had slept with him.

“Finding out that she f—ed Drake was the absolute worst thing I could have found out. Drizzy came to see me, he was like, ‘Yeah, it’s true’. Damn! This is the type of s— a man never wants to find out while he is locked up.”

Gone ‘Til November is due Oct. 11.
