DMX’s Bankruptcy Case Tossed Out

dxFirst Tashera’s book. Now this. It’s looking all bad for DMX these days.

The Journal News reports that a federal judge in New York tossed out the rapper’s bankruptcy filing on Friday, making him fair game for creditors.

The judge’s move means he could lose his possessions including his share in a home in suburban Mount Kisko.

X’s, born Earl Simmons, biggest debt is $1.3 million in child support owed to some of the 10 children he has fathered.

U.S. Trustee Tracy Hope Davis said that failure to provide trustworthy information in his bankruptcy filing was the driver behind the filing getting tossed.

Simmons’ publicist Domenick Nati said he was unaware of the court hearing.

Making matters worse, X was arrested outside a South Carolina airport on Monday for driving with a suspended license and without a vehicle tag and insurance. He spent several hours in jail before posting a $1,335 bond on the charges.

SMH … Shame that drugs has taken this talented man down. That and his womanizing.
