The UFC has hired Snoop Dogg to serve as a commentator for a new live fight series that is scheduled to debut July 11.
According to ESPN.com, Snoop will team up with former bantamweight contender Urijah Faber to comprise one of broadcast teams for Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series, which will stream live on UFC Fight Pass.
“I’m a big fan of UFC and looking forward to joining the team to bring my unique take on all the action,” Snoop said in a press release Friday. “Y’all in for a brand-new experience with Dogg on the mic.”
