AARP Studio has launched a video series with late comedy legend Don Rickles. Before he passed in April of this year, he was working on ‘Dinner with Don’ — a celebrity interview series that features a long list of Hollywood greats.
The 13-episode series features a Who’s Who celebrity guest list that dons Snoop Dogg along with big names including Jimmy Kimmel, Jonathan Silverman, Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese. Each guest came to break bread with this beloved comedian, as he shared his life’s stories and pulled back the curtain on the golden age of Hollywood.
“Initially, the ‘Dinner with Don’ series was created to bridge older and younger generations of comics and actors through laughter and shared experiences,” said Jeffrey Eagle, VP of AARP Studios. “With Don’s passing, the series turned out to be a touching and hilarious tribute, featuring his very last work.”
