Reasonable Doubt Collection to Hit Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitters has had a hand in reviving classic clothing brands (FILA, Champion), reintroducing vinyl records to a new generation and collaborating with a heap of music stars. For its latest merchandise collab, the company has teamed up with Roc-A-Fella co-founder Kareem “Biggs” Burke on a limited edition collection honoring JAY-Z’s debut album, Reasonable Doubt.

The eight-piece Reasonable Doubt collection includes a hoodie ($64) and T-shirt ($29) with the album’s artwork plastered on the front, as well as a short-sleeved T-shirt ($29) with the lyric “Let’s get together and make this whole world believe us” from Hov’s 1996 hit “Can’t Knock the Hustle” inscribed on the chest. The range also features a long-sleeved shirt ($39) that provides the full track list and a black beanie hat.

“I wanted to partner with a retailer that speaks to the everyday consumer by offering quality at an affordable price point,” Burke wrote in a post announcing the collaboration. He teased that the Reasonable Doubt bomber jacket he’s pictured in will be “coming soon” and is limited to only 196 pieces, a nod at the album that was released in 1996.
