Guess who’s back? Beanie Sigel is now a free man again.
The Philly rapper was released from prison earlier early THursday morning after serving an almost two-year sentence for tax evasion. Beans was incarcerated after pleading guilty to not paying taxes totaling $728,000 between 1999 and 2005.
He was sentenced last March to an additional 6-to-23 month term behind bars for possession of a controlled substance but it’s clear that Sigel’s time served on that charge ran concurrently with his tax evasion charges.
Now we he can drop a track with Remy Ma.
