Suge Knight Shooting Moved to Homicide Bureau

suge.ohsodjThe shooting of Suge Knight is heating up.

Since the shooting of Suge and 2 other victims – a 19-year-old female and a 33-year-old man – no weapon had been recovered or suspects placed in custody a sergeant with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station confirmed. Reportedly most of the challenges have come from eyewitnesses who have been less than helpful in naming the individual, despite seeing the shooter’s face clearly showing on the club’s high-tech security cameras.

The shooting occurred at 1OAK, the club where Chris Brown’s pre-VMA party celebrating the upcoming release of his album X. Breezy’s PR has been quick to release a statement. “Chris hosted an event in Los Angeles last night to celebrate the upcoming release of his album X, during which an incident occurred,” the rep explained. “This incident did not involve Chris; he was merely the host of the event. He has and will continue to cooperate with the investigation.”

Now, the sheriff’s department has been moved to its Homicide Bureau, meaning the shooting is likely being treated as an attempted murder.

Suge Knight was reportedly suffered six gunshot wounds.

TMZ reports, that law enforcement is zeroing in on gang activity as a motive for the shooting.
