First Drake did it, now Chris Brown and Trey Songz are remixing “Tuesday.”
The track was originially done by ILOVEMAKONNEN who incidentally just signed to Drake’s October’s Very Own record label.
My two-cents: Ok .. What is the pull Drake has over Chris Brown? Looks like he has an affinity for his music. I know Drizzy didn’t do the original “Tuesday” version, but he did do the version that made everyone take notice. I can not even post this without taking the liberty to say this is extremely weird to me. And it has nothing to do with not being able to let go of the past….I mean I have nothing but love for my exes, but jeez ….I’m not breaking bread with them or their on again/ off again lovers either. It’s not about anger, I’ve just evolved past that point. That’s what we do in life. We love, evolve and move on. I can’t y’a’ll…. I want Chris to be successful, but I want him to stand on his own two feet. No references to Drake and no references to Rihanna. This constant six degrees of separation is so disturbing to me. He’s way too talented to keep this going.
