Now the elephant in the room is if the album will be released on Young Money or independently via Last Kings Music. Last month things went down hill for Tyga when he put YMCMB on blast and threatened to leave if they didn’t give him a release date. As an added bonus, he also called out his labelmates Drake and Nicki Minaj.
In a recent interview with Funkmaster Flex, Birdman said Tyga was still signed to Young Money. “Either you’re in or you’re out. If you’re out, you’re an outcast to me. If you’re in, we family,” said the YMCMB boss. “You gotta choose your side, but I got nothing but respect for Tyga.”
