Could a collaborative Hov and Bey album be on the way? According to Detail, there’s a good possibility.
The producer-songwriter behind the now Grammy Award-winning “Drunk In Love” caught up with Billboard on the red carpet of Sunday night’s Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. When answering a question around what music lovers can expect from him this year, Detail teased that he’s working on something with the power couple.
“I’m working with a couple of new projects that I don’t want to unveil, and then me and Beyonce and Jay Z are actually doing something together this year,” said Detail. “When you think of Jay and Bey together, you think ‘album.’ You should already know,” he continued. “In my imaginary mind, I will work to say it’s true,” when asked if the album would come later this year.
Going back to their “On the Run” summer tour last year, it has been rumored for a long time that Beyoncé and Jay Z are possibly working on a new album.
