After the heaviest Ye promotion I’ve seen in a minute, Kanye West officially debuted his long-awaited adidas collab today.
He along with The Stripes held the private fashion show at the Skylight Clarkson in New York City.
The event brought out a list of heavy hitting celebs – Rihanna, Diddy, Russell Simmons, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, A$AP Ferg, Jay Z, Beyonce, Justin Bieber, his wife, Kim Kardashian, and of course baby North.
The show kicked off around 4:30 PM and was streamed to 50 theaters around the world. During the event, Ye’s models showcased the the YEEZY Season 1 collection, as well as the YEEZY BOOST.
The show concluded with Kanye posing for the cameras in front his models rocking the YEEZY BOOST and apparel from his collection. Shortly after the show, Kanye West and adidas released the sneaker through the adidas Confirmed app, which sold out in a matter of minutes.
