Not only will A$AP Rocky co-headline May’s Red Bull Music Academy Festival, but he’ll participate in the Red Bull Academy Lecture. “A Conversation With A$AP Rocky” will take place on May 7 at a venue that will be announced shortly before the event.
The upcoming dialogue puts A$AP Rocky in esteemed company. “A Conversation With…” has featured the likes of Questlove and Q-Tip. Last year, D’Angelo sat with author Nelson George for a conversation before his Black Messiah album dropped. George Clinton, the famed frontman of Parliament-Funkadelic, will also be featured in a lecture; his will take place May 12 at the Brooklyn Museum.
