This time is no exception as Breezy finds himself accused of stealing a street artist\u2019s tag. TMZ reports that graffiti artist Konfused (with an &#8216;s&#8217;) is suing Brown for the use of the similar Konfuzed (with a &#8216;z&#8217;) tag.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Andre Khazrei says he\u2019s been working as Konfused since 2003. Khazrei also asserts that he owns the trademark for t-shirts and other types of merchandise. But now, he alleges that Chris Brown\u2019s Konfuzed clothing line is a rip-off and causing confusion in the marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit claims to have a smoking gun of sorts through a mistake made by Chris Brown. The singer apparently signed a painting at the Grammy Museum with Konfused. Brown used an \u201cs\u201d instead of a \u201cz\u201d when he signed the painting.<\/p>\n<p>Andre Khazrei is suing Chris Brown for damages and to prevent the singer from ever using the Konfused tag again.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>If Chris Brown is involved, then drama is sure to follow.
