Even in rehab Breezy manages to be in trouble.<\/p>\n

TMZ is reporting that Malcolm Ausbon has filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown. In the suit he claims he was playing basketball last July against Chris Brown when he called a foul on Christ – which Chris vehemently denied.<\/p>\n

Malcolm maintains that Chris then threatened him and went on to brag that he was a member of the Bloods.<\/p>\n

Malcolm claims that he decided to back away, but Chris rushed him with 3 members of his security team, who screamed, “If you f*** with Chris, you f*** with us.”<\/p>\n

The lawsuit claims the 4 men then began to “strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Malcolm’s head and body.”<\/p>\n

Malcolm says he ended up in the emergency room with injuries to his face, head, neck, back, legs and ribs. He also says he’s suffering from embarrassment, fear, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder.<\/p>\n

Malcolm is suing Chris and 24-Hour Fitness, as well as the security team for unspecified damages.<\/p>\n

A source close to Chris acknowledges an “incident” on the court but says there were no punches thrown.<\/p>\n
