Brown was believed to be a supporter of Migos. Investigators say the bullet was intended for Kiara Cephus who is affiliated with Migos. Surveillance footage shows two men walking down a corridor with guns. The men disappear for 10 seconds, in which time police suspect the shooting took place, and return into view still firing.<\/p>\n<p>Cephus has been questioned about the murder, but refused to give any information to investigators. &#8220;We know he was there, however he would not cooperate with the investigation,&#8221; said Cpl. Deon Washington of the Gwinett County Police Department.
