The company sued the rapper in 2013 and won a judgement this past April after they alleged he &#8220;misappropriated trade secrets, breached his fiduciary duty owed to Sleek, participated in a civil conspiracy, breached his confidentiality agreement with Sleek and being unjustly enriched.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The original ruling came down in April. 50 had originally partnered with Sleek to build a headphone line but split from them in 2011.
