Desiigner got some good news for the holidays. He has been cleared of all drug and gun charges from his September arrest.
Desiigner – along with three co-defendants, Michael Davis, C.J. McCoy and Utril Rhaburn — accepted adjournments in contemplation of dismissal, or a negotiated settlement that can result in a case being sealed or dismissed. The New York City District Attorney’s Office granted the defendant’s request to seal the case, according to a source.
Desiigner faced gun and drug charges on Sept. 8 after police pulled over an SUV following an alleged road rage incident.
He and four other passengers were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell. The rapper was also hit with felony criminal possession of a loaded weapon, which was dropped several days after, and menacing.
