Joey Bada$$ has reportedly been hit with a lawsuit. TMZ reports that he is being sued by a Donald Trump impersonator for an incident stemming from last September.
Phillip Wilburn — who has appeared on Conan and Jimmy Kimmel Live! — says that he was pushed off the stage by Joey during an MTV event in Los Angeles. His fall resulted in him being seriously injured. According to Wilburn, he has forked over $1,000 in medical expenses and claims that he might need surgery worth $25,000. He’s seeking $1.5 million in damages.
