We’re not surprised are we?
Yesterday, Meek Mill took the stand in a civil lawsuit against his home of Philadelphia’s police department. This all stems from retribution Meek was seeking after he claimed he lost almost $400,000 after he was detained and not charged for 10 hours the night he released his first album and was set to perform in Atlanta.
Today, the jury ruled in favor of the city. “They ain’t from where I’m from,” said Meek. “I [don’t] really expect them to understand what I go through. I respect their decision, though.”
He also took to twitter after the trial and you can see his reaction below.Glad he’s not surprised either.
