Remember that court ordered deposition Hov received in association with the Roc-A-Fella logo?
Quick recap: Dwayne Walker, sued Hov, Dame Dash and fellow Roc co-founder Kareem “Biggs” Burke for allegedly taking Roc-A-Fella logo that Walker designed in 1995. According to TMZ, Hov is being sued for $7 million.
Well, Jay Z’s legal team say their client can’t possibly make it due to a “grueling” work schedule.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Jay Z’s attorneys claim that the deposition is “trivial and way less important than all the other things he’s got going on.” Hov, who is currently getting ready to embark on an 18-city North American stadium tour with his wife, has no time for a “ridiculous” lawsuit and his lawyers say that “preparing a stadium tour is a non-stop effort.”
