Congrats to ex fly girl Rosie Perez.
Actress Rosie Perez (you may remember her from In Living Color and Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing) and Nicolle Wallace — a communications director for former President George W. Bush turned auther— will join Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O’Donnell as co-hosts on “The View.”
The pair succeeds Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy, who abruptly left earlier this summer. The new season starts Monday, Sept. 15.
“These are powerful and accomplished women from different walks of life who have had amazing personal and professional experiences. Each brings incredible perspective and information to the table,” said Bill Wolff, the show’s new executive producer, who joined last month from MSNBC.
