Rihanna will headline DIRECTV’s Super Bowl party, Super Saturday Night.
The event will be co-hosted by Mark Cuban’s AXS TV and Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan.
The invitation-only event has become notorious for presenting the music industry’s biggest artists, including Katy Perry in 2012, Justin Timberlake in 2014 and Jay-Z and Beyoncé last year. It will be held inside the DIRECTV Super Fan Stadium at the Pendergast Family Farm in Glendale, across from University of Phoenix Stadium, on Saturday, Jan. 31.
My two-cents: I’m sure everyone will be salivating to hear new music. I predict they won’t hear any.
