Oh really now … Juicy J took to Twitter Friday (Jan 30) to announce that he would be co-executive producing A$AP Rocky’s upcoming album.
Flacko’s highly anticipated sophomore album is expected to drop sometime this year. Back in November, he told Germany’s Highsnobiety that the Mob was gearing up to drop fire this year, with Ferg’s tape coming out, followed by Rocky’s LP.
In a recent interview with Billboard at the Sundance festival, he revealed that his album was “basically done”. Other producers include the late A$AP Yams and Danger Mouse. “Danger Mouse and Yams. I’m really intrigued for people to hear how that combination sounds. Yams manifested his powers into it.”
My two-cents: You know … Juicy is not one of the best emcees, but I like him and I’m so there for this. Can’t wait to hear new music from Rocky.
