Yesterday (June 23), Thugger announced that his next mixtape, Slime Season, will drop on July 4.
“July 4th lets get it!!” he posted, along with a teaser for a new song produced by London on Da Track.
You’ll remember Wayne told fans at an Anaheim concert last week that the Free Weezy Album is actually on its way and slotted for a July 4 release date. The project is expected to drop via Jay Z’s streaming service TIDAL.
This is the latest saga in an ongoing battle between the rappers. Thugger titled his last mixtape Carter 6, but changed it to Barter 6 after Wayne’s camp threatened legal action.
