Looks like Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label is trying to diversify its portfolio. The label has just signed two of filmmaker Steven Spielberg’s children Theo and Sasha Spielberg. The duo, called Wardell, perform indie-folk. Theo, 25, provides all the instrumentals for Wardell (including guitar, drums, and piano) and sister Sasha, 23, the vocals.
Despite their recent drama, Kanye West is slated to appear on the late-night host Jimmy Kimmel’s show this Wednesday. Oh boy! The trouble between the two started when Jimmy spoofed Kanye’s BBC Radio 1’s interview. (See HERE). This is one of two things … Either there was never any drama and we’ve been a part of the biggest marketing scheme or Kanye is going to act out worse than the Taylor Swift/ Katrina events.
