You hear about these type of deep pocket chasers but here’s a real life example. So .. A$AP Rocky is being sued by a fan who was injured during a concert, but he’s not the creator of the injury. He just has the deepest pockets in his mob.
Krystina Clowes claims in a new lawsuit she was enjoying the performance of A$AP Ferg during the 2013 concert when she was drilled into the ground, suffering a fractured vertebra. In her suit she claims she may never fully recover.
As for why she’s suing A$AP Rocky, Clowes claims the whole mob has a history of stage diving, so they’re all responsible.
She wants $75k minimum, and it appears a whole lot more.
My two-cents: I’ll never understand why people crowd surf. It’s so physically dangerous to the artist and fans .. a lawsuit clearly waiting to happen.
