Well Congrats go out to Swizz. The South Bronx native was appointed to The Brooklyn Museum’s esteemed board of trustees last week.
The appointment comes as no surprise given his public admiration of art. He’s an avid collector of prized collections, from KAWS to Kehinde Wiley to Maya Hayuk.
During his tenure on the board of trustees, Swizz plans to expand the museum’s reach to a global audience, and take “art to the next level.”
My two-cents: Through his love of music, I’m pretty sure he can meet that goal.
