That Rihanna reign just won’t let up ..
Luc Besson has announced that Rihanna will be flexing her acting chops in his forthcoming film Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. She will be joining Clive Owen and her close friend Cara Delevingne in the movie.They are set to begin production in France next January with the film hitting theaters in the summer of 2017.
No details on her role have been announced.
“Valerian” adapts Pierre Christin and Jean-Claude Mezieres’ graphic novel and unfolds in the 28th century when humanity discovered time travel.
Besson’s latest film, “Lucy” with Scarlett Johansson, grossed $126 million in the U.S. and $458 million worldwide.
