In July, a woman named Christine Chisholm sued the Atlanta rapper for $2 million after he called her a “thot” in a viral video from what appeared to be backstage at a show.
A federal judge in North Carolina ruled that calling a person a “thot” was not “extreme or outrageous conduct,” according to TMZ. When Chisholm filed the suit, she claimed that she was fired from her job at a barbershop because her boss feared “negative publicity.” She also claimed that the attention from the video has damaged her reputation.
