So actress Rashida Jones – Quincy Jones’ – daughter went on a little mini rant this weekend via Twitter.
Apparently she is fed up with the way young starlets are behaving.
“This week’s celeb news takeaway: she who comes closest to showing the actual inside of her vagina is most popular.” Rashida followed this with hashtag, “Stop acting like whores.
IDK. There’s definitely a thin line between beauty/ art and being distasteful. But I will admit that as I get older a lot of images I saw as risque are now followed with the thought, “if you got it, flaunt it. It will all go south soon enough.” I believe that we as a society have to up the standards, but sometimes I wonder if there’s a better way then issuing a Twitter message. We all know who the offenders are. Don’t tell me you can’t personally reach out to those individuals.
