Wiz Khalifa caught up with Billboard last night (Jan 22) at their annual sundance Winterfest concert series. In the brief chat Wiz talked about his song “See You Again” from the Furious 7 soundtrack being snubbed by the Oscars as well as new music from his upcoming album Khalifa.
“Travis is a friend of mine and I’ve been wanting to work with him for a really long time,” Khalifa said. “Us being young and having the same energy, some of the same inspirations, and a lot of the same crowd it really just made sense on that end.”
Khalifa is set to drop on Feb. 5. Check out the interview below:
