Is Ye coming to IG? Maybe …
He took to Twitter today to reveal that he may consider opening an IG account on one condition
“no one can ask me or try to tell me what to Instagram… It’s my art…,” he wrote (March 14) before referencing his main social media platform. “My tweets are a form of contemporary art only compromised by people trying to tell me what to tweet and not to tweet… on artist trying to grab the paint brush…”
He then went on to pitch Clippers owner Steve Ballmer for a potential rebranding opportunity.
“Steve Ballmer can I please redesign the Los Angeles Clippers mascot,” tweeted ‘Ye, who received a quick lunch invite from Ballmer himself on Twitter. “Better than lunch, Let’s grab a Clips game together and talk,” the NBA team’s franchise chief said.
Happy – and name dropping – Ye responded: “%1000 Steve Ballmer. Let’s meet this week if you have time. I was hanging with Chris Paul last night.”

My two-cents: Ye… shut up! I mean honestly …. This guy drives me to all levels of rudeness. I would never try to shade his talent, but he really is on one. He has an unrealistic view of himself. Not sure why he believes people will let him live on IG. In case that memo hasn’t gotten to him, it’s mean in these e-streets.
