Good news for Chris Brown. New reports indicate that the District Attorney in C.A. has not found enough evidence to continue on with the investigation.
With no concrete proof to back up Baylee Curran’s claim that Breezy threatened her with a gun, law enforcement insiders believe the case will soon come to a close. Baylee Curran claimed Chris pulled a gun on her and ordered her to leave during a party at his home in August. Chris was slated to be arraigned 2 weeks ago but authorities got a 2-week extension to gather more evidence.
Authorities also have trouble pinning a gun to Chris. He supposedly threw a duffel bag out the window during the standoff and cops say they found 2 guns inside, but they’re worried the weapons can’t be tied to him.
“I cannot wait till the truth comes to light about this incident and this situation,” Chris said last month. “You know, because my character’s been defaced and who I am as a person and [my] integrity… I’m glad all my real supporters know me and know the truth and see the truth.”
Looks like he may be getting his wish soon enough.
