According to BuzzFeed News, Jay Z will hold a concert in Cleveland, Ohio aimed at mobilizing young black voters for Hillary Clinton.
While the exact date isn’t set yet, there are rumors that LeBron James, who endorsed Clinton earlier this month, could make an appearance as well.
This isn’t the first time Jay Z has been outspoken, most recently police brutality as heard on his song “Spiritual,” released via Tidal. The track, which surfaced after the fatal killings of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling in July, was accompanied by the statement, “I’m saddened and disappointed in THIS America — we should be further along. WE ARE NOT.”
Hov and Beyonce, endorsed Clinton at this year’s Made in America music festival, which took place during Labor Day weekend and hosted Hillary’s husband, Bill Clinton.
