Well here’s some good news on Thanksgiving.
Rihanna and UNICEF has launched the “There for the Philippines” campaign, which aims to help raise funds for the survivors of the recent typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan).
The UNICEF project aims to provide “long-term relief efforts” for the children and their families who were gravely affected by the super typhoon.
The funds will be used in building new and safe structures where the families and children could live, and where they could they continue their studies.
Other Roc Nation celebs supporting Rihanna’s campaign include Women’s National Basketball Association player Skylar Diggins and Major League Baseball player Robinson Cano.
