Kendrick Lamar fans were briefly sent into a frenzy thanks to a Instagram live session from Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith that featured TDE running mate Isaiah Rashad telling the world that Top just played him a “damn near” entire new K. Dot album. Unfortunately Top Dawg shut those rumors down shortly afterwards.
“Att: KDot Don’t Have A New Album Coming No Time Soon. So keep playing DAMN until the kid is inspired again. #TDE,” he wrote.
K-Dot was a late addition to the Made In America Festival lineup Sunday (Sept. 3), where he opted for Nicki Minaj to shut down the show as the final act instead of him because he believed the pyrotechnics would better fit for her performance.
