Dame Dash is still battling his ex Linda Williams. Geez!
Linda is the mother of his oldest 22 year-old son Damon Dash II. Dame is being sued for allegedly having her locked up on trumped up charges, but Dame says he’s the victim in this case.
“I’ve been going through this for 20 plus years,” he said of the charges.
Linda, 49, is suing Dame for $1 million, charging he falsely claimed she’d violated an order of protection by sending him a flurry of abusive emails back in 2009.
Dame took the stand in his defense on Friday, and was reportedly more subdued than he was a day earlier, when he got into a shouting match with the judge and then started screaming at “racist” reporters while videotaping them outside the courthouse afterwards.
He said the harassing emails were sent around the time his father died, and one even referenced his father’s death.
“The last straw was talking about my father being dead. I thought she was trying to push me into a dark place,” he said.
Linda claims she only sent him one email in that time period — and it was asking him to pack their son’s computer. Dame however tells a different tale. He claims that she sent 10 emails, some mocking his divorce from designer Rachel Roy and others calling him “a bad father.”
The criminal case against her was tossed after Dash failed to give investigators copies of the alleged emails.
