Rihanna, Rihanna, Rihanna .. (shaking my head) Why fave, why?
Well fresh off the heals off the Brazil version of Vogue, Rihanna has posed full on topless in Lui.
I’m an admitted Rihanna stan. I said it. I like her style, her voice. I love her boldness, how she unapologetically pushes the envelope. Pushes … not bursts out of it. I could get with the side-boob of the Vogue spread, but this Lui spread… this to me was over the line. Why on earth would an ICON do this? It just made me question the people in her life.
This may sound sexist but the first thing that popped in my mind was “Don’t you have a man?” I mean seriously does he approve? Thank goodness I am not Drake because that would be a relationship ender. What you did befoe me I can’t change, but I’d rather not have my boys receiving Instagram and Twitter topless pics of my girlfriend. Isn’t there enough love there to feel the admiration of a million people? Why do you need from a million strangers?
And what about her friends? They thought this was a good idea? Doesn’t she have a mother, a father, two brothers? Were they not considered? Is management on vacation? What’s going to happen when this animated movie comes out in November? They can’t think that pictures like this will have no impact.
SMH … I just think it wasn’t necessary. Don’t get me wrong .. she looks beautiful in the pictures, but it’s too much. And it makes me sad for her that there’s no one in her life that’s worth NOT pushing it to the limits. She has sooo much potential to do more. I’m not sure why its wasted on these lower level antics.
