Dr. Dre is having no problems spending his Apple windfall.
The producer/ upcoming billionaire has purchased Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s Brentwood, Calif., mansion on four acres for $40 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Brady listed the home equipped with five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a moat, a gym, a sauna, balconies, an infinity pool and more for a whopping $50 million.
The couple spent years building the over 18,000-square-foot custom home back in 2009, but now have another house under construction in the Chestnut Hill area of Massachusetts.
Dr. Dre “fell in love” with the Brentwood mansion back in March soon after it was for sale, TMZ reported early last month.
