Celebrity photo retouching has been a topic of discussion for years. But for some reason we all push it out of our minds until its deliberately pointed out.
The latest exhibit is Mariah Carey. Jezebel.com has reportedly obtained exclusive unretouched versions of Mariah’s shoot with Terry Richardson for Wonderland’s summer issue.
The un-retouched photos show a less slim Mimi (although not too shocking) along with more minor tweaks around hair and makeup. Check the photos out below.
I’m not too put out by re-touching. I think minor tweaks are okay. And no … I do not want you looking like me if you’re on the cover of a magazine. D*mn right you should look better. I will say this though ….and I mean it in the most polite way possible, if Mariah would embrace her size (and simply go up one dress size) she would look more polished. All this retouching would not be necessary.
