R&B crooner Omarion was arrested Friday (July 18) after being stopped on a traffic violation in the San Fernando Valley in California.
TMZ reports, the singer was stopped by law enforcement for running a stop sign. After he was pulled over, the police officer found there was a warrant out for his arrest. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court in connection to an earlier traffic ticket. He was then taken to jail and held on $20,000 bail. No additional details have been released.
Omarion is readying the release of his album, Sex Playlist, afer teaming up with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group in 2012.
