Looking for a restaurant where you can have whatever you like? T.I. will soon have you covered.
Details are scarce, but the restaurant will apparently offer upscale Southern cuisine and open for lunch and dinner. The team behind this new venture is hoping for a March 1 launch.
“Historic Downtown Atlanta will be home to T.I.’s first restaurant venture,” reads a brief release. “The renovation and refurbishing process of the landmark property is well underway, as plans for the new upscale Southern cuisine restaurant unfolds. An official announcement, sharing complete details, is planned for the coming weeks.”
My two-cents: It’s good to diversify … although I hear the restaurant business is very hard. I assume he has someone on staff who’s probably passionate about it.
