According to the rumor mill, Rihanna may be in talks to perform a free concert in the Flatiron District during the NBA All-Star weekend on Feb. 12.
The Post revealed details of the concert and plans to shut down several busy streets around Fifth Avenue and Broadway from 23rd to 26th streets for the event, leaving some neighbors dreading traffic snarls.
Word is Roc Nation/ RiRi have been in talks for some time, but no deal has yet been reached.
