Looks like the rumors may be true.
The Finnish arm of concert promoter Live Nation posted a show that was billed for “Kanye West & Rihanna.” Tickets were listed as being available for purchase next Thursday (Mar. 5); the concert, which would take place on July 25 in Tallinn, Estonia, has since been removed from the website.
This is not the first time there have been whispers about a joint tour between West and Rihanna. Last December, each artist was named in separate–but identical–lot items during a fundraising auction for the Clara Lionel Foundation. The prize? “Be Kanye West’s special front row VIP guest for his upcoming North American 2015 tour. Experience a rare opportunity meet & greet with the icon.”
Kanye and Rihanna have most recently worked together on “FourFiveSeconds,” a collaboration with Paul McCartney. The trio performed the song, which is widely believed to be on Rihanna’s forthcoming, West-produced album, at the 57th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. She previously opened on his 2008 Glow In The Dark tour, which also featured N.E.R.D. and Lupe Fiasco.
